Es posible que estés ante la presencia de una Claudicación intermitente, que no es más que el síntoma que manifiesta la obstrucción de una de las arterias de las piernas. 

Esta Obstrucción se puede presentar producto del tabaquismo, de colesterol alojado en el interior de las arterias o por alguna malformación de las arterias. (dentro de las causas mas comunes).

Lo ideal es realizar un eco doppler de los miembros inferiores y de esta forma llegar al diagnóstico.

Es posible que con sólo eliminar el cigarrillo, disminuir el consumo de grasas, rehabilitación de tus piernas (con ejercicios como la caminata) y la ingesta de Acido Acetil Salicílico, tus síntomas disminuyan.

Siempre recomiendo, la evaluación por parte de un cirujano cardiovascular, porque en algunos casos es incluso necesaria la cirugía para corregir este mal.
